Too Self-Conscience?

We all have that one day where it just seems like everything that can go wrong, does go wrong. When that happens, we don’t know how to deal with that properly so we just become very self-conscious and like you are always watching out for something else to go wrong. When we are more self-conscience, we have a hard time focusing on everything else that day. Could this cause actual psychological problems?

When all we are worried about is what others think, it brings us down and we are unable to think about anything else. This can cause you to think more and more about it because you really want something to go right and it just doesn’t and then you are there just wondering why it didn’t work. All this self-conscience thinking can start to add up and then you are constantly living in a cycle of wondering what everyone thinks of you. That kind of thinking very bad for you.

There are a couple things you can do to save yourself from this cycle. One thing is to just stop caring about other people think. Everyone is going to have their own personal thoughts on everything and they should never have to affect you. Another thing you can do is realize that everyone has off days and just because you think it happens all the time for you doesn’t mean it isn’t happening to everyone else too. Knowing this, we might be able to get over the fact that something didn’t go right for one day and there are going to be plenty of other days where things don’t go quite right.

I admit that I feel like I have these days more than I’d like to and I never really thought about admitting that it happens to everyone and just because one day someone might have a better day than you doesn’t mean that can’t change the next day. Just always remember that everyone goes through bad days and it’s just a part of being human and there is nothing you can really do to change it.
